HELP! I downloaded and installed the DVDFab HD Decrypter tonight on my WIN 7 64 bit RC1 system, I was told I had to reboot and I did! Win7 started ChkDsk and ran through my second drive partition R: showing over 50,000 files as
"Invalid Security ID replacing with default Security ID"

Just what does that mean and why did it do it?
After the system booted things seemed to work fin in Win 7 and I went to R: in Win explorer. Everything is there (I think) but when I click on any folder in the drive root I get a popup box telling my I could not access such folder, permisions or something, click here to continue and change setting permanatly. I clicked, I got into the folder, the sub folder I got into fine. I had to click each folder in the drive root, get that box, click to continue, for every folder!
I was logged in as administrator at the time!
Also I am getting the message all the time the recycle bin on R: is corrupted do I want to delete contents. I click yes and it just seems to sit there froze, then I have to go to task manager to End Task.
It wanted to run CHKDSK on C: but I was able to abort it in time, on R: it started before i had time to abort it, once started with the security Id messages I could not get it to abort!

Now the big problem, when I reboot Win 7 now it wants to run ChkDsk on my C: boot drive still!
Other than the screwed up recylcle bin on R: eveything I looked at seems to be working, but tons of things I haven't tried yet.
My big worry, what happens if CHKDSK does the same thing to my C Will I boot into Win7, will I be able to log in?
Will I be able to click each root folder or not to get access to them again?

How do I fix this? Why did it happen?

I ran the DVDFab HD Decrypter program fine on my Win XP 32 bit system and have not seen this problem yet on this system.

I posted in Ripping since it was a Program installed for ripping that needed the reboot after install, the last change made, and that was the reboot this mess started on!
The system is mostly a clean install with very little installed on it. It has been working perfectly fine till this.
